Something new.
I learned something new today. What did I learn you ask? Well, I learned that butter can mold. Oh yes, it was quite nasty! The weirdest thing is that it kind of smelled like parmesan cheese. Still so freaking gross, oh well now I know.
How long did you have it out before it molded? That is gross. Congratulations on being done on the steps. I think the 54000+ steps in one day helped a lot.

When I was cleaning up over the weekend I discovered our butter was also moldy. I guess I can't keep it out anymore.
FYI: it does not TASTE like parmesan cheese.
